Brendan has been a licensed attorney in the State of North Carolina since 2004 practicing primarily in commercial and residential real estate. His legal career includes a eight-year stint as partner at Bray & Long, a respected local Charlotte real estate and general business law firm. Brendan’s legal acumen intersects seamlessly with real estate. He is adept at guiding investors through the intricate landscape of buying and selling property and business owners through the potential pitfalls of buying or selling companies. Brendan’s diverse background as an attorney also includes significant stints in estate planning and civil litigation, offering a broad perspective to his clients. Brendan is in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association where he participates in the Real Property, Business and Estate Planning sections and is a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association. Brendan is a proud Tar Heel, having earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001. His educational journey continued at the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2004, earning the CALI Award for Trust & Estates in 2002. Brendan cherishes time with his family, and outside of work you’ll find him hitting the golf course or traveling to new destinations.
